YOU KNOW I'M NO GOOD...

I cheated myself

What's Punk?

"A guy walks up to me and asks 'What's Punk?'. So I kick over a garbage can and say 'That's punk!'. So he kicks over the garbage can and says 'That's Punk?', and I say 'No that's trendy!

Times like these...

In times like these

In times like those

What will be will be

And so it goes

And it always goes on and on...

On and on it goes

...

But somehow I know it won't be the same

Somehow I know it will never be the same.

Everything i own...

You sheltered me from harm

Kept me warm, kept me warm

You gave my life to me

Set me free, set me free

The finest years I ever knew

Is all the years I had with you

And I would give anything I own Give up my life, my heart, my home

And I would give anything I own... Just to have you back again

If there's someone you know

That won't let you go

And taking it all for granted

You may lose them one day

Someone takes them away

And you don't hear a word they say

And I would give anything I own Give up my life, my heart, my home

And I would give anything I own... Just to have you back again ...Just to talk to you once again

It is you (oh yeah)
It is you, you (oh yeah)
It is you (oh yeah)

Cause a pressure drop, oh pressure
Oh yeah pressure drop a drop on you
I say a pressure drop, oh pressure
Oh yeah pressure drop a drop on you

I say when it drops, oh you gonna feel it
Know that you were doing wrong.

TIM ARMSTRONG...A POET'S LIFE!!

Just freedom fighter music!!

"Hold on"

The futures not the hardest to see.
Do what you do girl,
but please don't leave.

I'm gonna hold on to you as long as I can.
I'm gonna hold on to you as long as I can.
And if you choose to leave me, girl, I'll understand
I'm gonna hold on to you as long as I can.

LET'S GET MOVING INTO ACTION!!

Let's get moving into action

Let's get moving into action

If you last too slow, no satisfaction

There's something out there, that's the attraction

If you hesitate now, that's a subtraction

So, let's get moving girl into action

We take the 43 bus, we got no plans

The girl in the miniskirt, her name's Suzanne

The one with the hat whole boots is Charonne

And Carol is the one with the blonde wig on

And with the bullet .9 were going number one

And we don't need any money to have any fun

Let's get moving into action, Let's get moving into action

If you last too slow, no satisfaction

There's something out there, that's the attraction

If you hesitate now, that's a subtraction

So, let's get moving girl into action

We take the transbay through on the Richmond line

Leave at seven and at east bay by nine

We may run out of money tonight never out of time

Harmon street we kick it gonna (have to line)?

Its anybody's guess how late were gonna run

We go all night alright to midnight just begun

Let's get moving into action, Let's get moving into action

If you last too slow, no satisfaction

There's something out there, that's the attraction

If you hesitate now, that's a subtraction

So, let's get moving girl into action

Girl that showed up on the scene we tried to warn her

That her days were over and the ship was sunken

Respect to New York respect to London

But were from California and out stance is stronger

Were gonna dig dig dig in deep (the second crown)?

When the music come playing then you jump up jump down

If you hook up the speakers man well bring the sound

And the music will be heard from miles and miles around

We got songs of redemption songs of war

We got songs like this that can pack the dance floor

Let's get moving into action, Let's get moving into action

If you last too slow, no satisfaction

There's something out there, that's the attraction

If you hesitate now, that's a subtraction

So, let's get moving girl into action

THE ETERNAL LEGEND - BOB MARLEY

I dont wanna wait in vain for your love;

I dont wanna wait in vain for your love.

From the very first time I rest my eyes on you, girl,

My heart says follow trough.

But I know, now, that I'm way down on your line, But the waitin feel is fine:

So dont treat me like a puppet on a string, cause I know I have to do my thing.

Dont talk to me as if you think I'm dumb; I wanna know when you're gonna come

soon.

I dont wanna wait in vain for your love;

I dont wanna wait in vain for your love;

I dont wanna wait in vain for your love,

cause if summer is here,Im still waiting there;

Winter is here,And Im still waiting there.

---/guitar solo/---

Like I said:Its been three years since Im knockin on your door,

And I still can knock some more:

Ooh girl, ooh girl, is it feasible? I wanna know now, for I to knock some more.

Ya see, in life I know theres lots of grief,But your love is my relief:

Tears in my eyes burn - tears in my eyes burn

While Im waiting - while Im waiting for my turn,

See!

I dont wanna wait in vain for your love;

oh!I dont wanna - I dont wanna - I dont wanna - I dont wanna -

I dont wanna wait in vain.

Its me love that youre running from.

Its jah love that Im waiting on

(I dont wanna - I dont wanna -I dont wanna - I dont wanna - I dont wanna wait in vain);

Its me love that youre running from.

Turn Your Lights Down Low

[Bob Marley (Lauryn)]

(Uh) Turn your lights down low

And pull your window curtain

Oh let the moon come shining i Into our life again

Saying ooh, it's been a long, long time (Long, long time)

I got this message for you girl

But it seems I was never on time. Did I wanna get through to you girl?

On time, on time

[Lauryn]

Loving you is a like a song I replay Every three minutes and thirty seconds of every day (uh, uh)And every chorus was written for us to recite (right)Every beautiful melody of devotion every night

It's potion like this ocean that might carry me In a wave of emotion to ask you to marry meAnd every word, every second, and every third

Expresses the happiness more clearly than ever heard (uh)

And when I play them, every chord is a poemTelling the Lord how grateful I am cause I know him (what? word)

The harmonies possess a sensation similar to your caress (uh)If you asking then I'm telling you it's yesStand in love, take my hand in love, God bless (right)

[Lauryn & Bob]

I want to give you some good, good loving

I want to give you some love

I want to give you some good, good loving

Oh I, oh I, oh I

I wanna give you some good, good loving

Good, good, good loving (I wanna give you some good loving)

LONDON CALLING

"London Calling"

London calling to the faraway towns

Now war is declared, and battle come down

London calling to the underworld

Come out of the cupboard, you boys and girls

London calling, now don't look to us

Phoney Beatlemania has bitten the dust

London calling, see we ain't got no swing'

Cept for the ring of that truncheon thing

[Chorus 1:]

The ice age is coming, the sun's zooming in

Meltdown expected, the wheat is growing thin

Engines stop running, but I have no fear'

Cause London is drowning, and I live by the river

London calling to the imitation zone

Forget it, brother, you can go it alone

London calling to the zombies of death

Quit holding out, and draw another breath

London calling, and I don't wanna shout

But while we were talking, I saw you nodding out

London calling, see we ain't got no high

Except for that one with the yellowy eyes

[Chorus 2: x2]

The ice age is coming, the sun's zooming in

Engines stop running, the wheat is growing thin

A nuclear error, but I have no fear'

Cause London is drowning, and I live by the river

Now get this

London calling, yes, I was there, too

An' you know what they said? Well, some of it was true!

London calling at the top of the dial

After all this, won't you give me a smile?

London calling

I never felt so much alike [fading] alike alike alike

RANCID

PUNX IS NOT DEAD

"Arrested In Shanghai"

They assured me I was guilty but I commited no crime

They said confessions bring lenience so they put me on the line

So I protest the massacres at the Tiananmen Square
My friends said yo, stay away man, you better not go fucking back there

They wouldn't let me write about my opinions about the state
And freedom of expression they would never tolerate
And the military secrets that I never did steal
I didn't start no violence, and there was nobody that I killed

So I have a clear account of all the abuses of power
And the memories of my homeland have now gone sour
And I only got one weapon, its so plain for me to see
My only weapon I call.. poetry

And I don't even know why The truth seems like a lie
In my cell there is no sky When I was arrested in Shanghai

Into wealth and priveledge, huh, I was not born
But a devotion to freedom and liberty, I was sworn
So every emotion is studdied, watched and controlled
Who gets paid, who gets disciplined, who gets rolled
A transmitter beams my coordinates anywhere on earth
And radio waves, surveilance, satellite burst
Open up your skull and let some knowledge come in
Crack open the cranium and let awareness begin.......

"Fall Back Down"

Don't worry about me, I'm gonna make it alright

Got my enemies crossed out in my sight
I take a bad situation gonna make it right
In the shadows of darkness I stand in the light
You see it's our style to keep it true
I've had a bad year, a lot to go through
I've been knocked out, beat down, black and blue

She's not the one coming back for you

She's not the one coming back for you

If I fall back down, you're gonna help me back up again
If I fall back down, you're gonna be my friend
[x2]

It takes disaster to learn a lesson

You're gonna make it through the darkest night
Some people betray one and cause treason
We're gonna make everything alright
Well the worst of times, now, they don't phase meEven if I look and act really crazyI went way down, she betrayed me
Now my vision is no longer hazy
I'm very lucky to have my crew
They stood by me when she flew
I've been knocked out, beat down, black and blue

She's not the one coming back for you

She's not the one coming back for you

If I fall back down, you're gonna help me back up again
If I fall back down, you're gonna be my friend
[x4]

HOMENAJE A COMPAY SEGUNDO

take it easy!!
